Debra Punch is Founder and President of Alliance Management, LLC, an ESRD consulting firm.  Alliance Management, LLC, founded in the year 2000, specializes in Mock DPH inspections, new facility start-ups and administrative recommendations for improving the quality of care and financial performance.

Debra's wide ranging experience includes large integrated hospital healthcare systems, independent dialysis corporations and Operations Officer for a large Internal Medicine/Nephrology practice. Her expert familiarity with federal and state regulatory requirements takes Debra all over the country in her consulting role.

Ms. Punch is a nephrology nurse who is a featured speaker and has published several articles for ESRD trade publications.  She has served on the board of Kidney Care Parners, the 2012-2013 President of the California Dialysis Council, 2012 ANNA Nurse in Washington grant recipent, served on the Medical Review Board member for Network #18, Board of Directors the National Kidney Foundation of Southern California, and Chairman of the Board for Renal Support Network.
